From the counter
A few things we're known for.
Calyer Burger
9.95 / 12.95Quarter-pound beef patty smashed thin, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, onion, special sauce, griddled bun.
Chicken Parm
13.95Fried chicken cutlets, provolone, house marinara, parmesan cheese, toasted ciabatta hero.
Cubano
13.95Slow roasted pork shoulder, smoked ham, swiss cheese, pickles, French's mustard, pressed ciabatta hero.
We still do things the hard way.
Calyer opened in 2019, started by the husband-and-wife team of Peter Chrostowski and Marta Bis. The proteins, sauces, pickles, and roasted vegetables are made from scratch in house, and the coffee is roasted locally by Partners. None of it is quick, and we like it that way.
